Location & Parkng
Event centre is at the Riverside Hotel. The car park is not very big so please leave it for the residents/pub users and park on the roadside on Bridge Lane, New Brook Street or over the river on Denton Road (LS29 9ES) or the main carpark in Ilkley (W3W: swift.screamed.seatbelt)
Please park legally and with consideration to residents.

Clothing and equipment
A smart phone with Maprun7 app uploaded. A pen if not using maprun.

Travel
Please car share wherever possible. You can sign up to the Car Sharing scheme - login to the event on Racesignup to join.

Timings
Registration and map collection from 10:30
Start opens at 11:00 for Maprun.
Return to registration by 13:00

Safety
Please make sure your emergency contact information is someone who is available during the course of the event.

First Aid and A&E
First Aid is available at the Finish.

Terrain
Urban terrain - please take care crossing roads. Not suitable for under 16's unaccompanied unfortunately

Conduct
Please make yourself aware of and abide by the British Orienteering Participant Code of Conduct (revised August 2021).

Dogs
On leads please or under control
