Refunds, Deferrals and Transfers
Unlike other event entry systems we don't charge extra for refunds, deferrals or transfers.
Refunds - At no extra cost you can make full or partial refunds directly to the entrant's payment card.
Deferrals (credits) - Automatic or manual systems for deferring an entry to a future race. The entrant receives a credit for fees to any of your future events.
Transfers - Optionally allow entrants to transfer their place to someone else. This is a self-help system with no impact on the event organiser's time.

Racesignup is proud to support the Orienteering Foundation, a charity that promotes and supports orienteering in the UK. More details at www.orienteeringfoundation.org.uk We make a small contribution to the Foundation for every entry to an orienteering event handled through our entry platform.
